Advanced Cold Compression Therapy
The Freezie Wrap™ can be used when an injury occurs or to treat on-going ankle/Achilles pain. For on-going pain or chronic conditions, use the wrap as needed for 15-20 minutes, up to 3 times throughout the day. In the case of an injury the wrap should be used immediately following the incident for 15-20 minutes, then followed by repeated use every three hours for the first day.
