How Do You Know if You Have Plantar Fasciitis?
Plantar fasciitis symptoms normally begin with a dull ache at the bottom of your foot that progresses to a sharp pain or throbbing if left untreated. The pain will increase when you push your toes upward. The most notable symptom of plantar fasciitis is pain in the morning when you take your first steps or when walking after resting your feet for a long period of time.
The pain tends to occur in your heel and/or along the bottom of your foot in your arch. When you experience pain and inflammation due to plantar fasciitis, using Cold Compression Therapy will help you find relief quickly and naturally, without medication.
Leaving plantar fasciitis untreated, results in scar tissue build-up on the fascia making it inflexible, tender and more susceptible to further injury. The fastest way to heal your fascia, treat scar tissue, and regain flexibility is with Ultrasound Therapy and Blood Flow Stimulation Therapy (BFST).

Insider Tip - Plantar Fascia Stretch
- Warm up your fascia with an Ultrasound or Inferno Wrap treatment.
- Lay a towel on the floor.
- Stand at one end with your toes on the edge.
- Curl your toes under and pull the towel towards you with your toes.
