BFST - Using Your Body's Natural Healing System

How Blood Flow Stimulation Therapy (BFST) Works

Your body can heal itself! In fact, your body starts healing itself the moment you are injured. And it's the blood in your body that makes it all happen. Your blood is the transport mechanism for everything that is good inside you. It carries oxygen, nutrients, water and antibodies. Proper blood flow is essential to healing. Unfortunately, when you injure your knee, stop moving and the swelling sets in, your vital blood flow can be reduced to a trickle! If you want to heal quickly, you need to keep your blood moving and that's where Blood Flow Stimulation Therapy™, or BFST™, comes in.

Blood Flow Stimulation Therapy promotes the flow of blood through your injured knee without the need to exercise your already damaged joint. You can really feel it work. Within moments of applying an Inferno Wrap you can feel the warm sensation and the increase in blood flow. During a treatment, and for quite some time after you finish, your injured knee will experience increased blood flow even though your joint is at rest. It's a soothing sensation and extremely effective. With BFST™ your injured knee is constantly being fed with healing, nutritious, oxygen and energy filled blood. This is exactly what your knee needs to heal.

A History of Blood Flow Stimulation Therapy

BFST is a new advancement to an age old therapy. The promotion of blood flow to promote healing has been a standard medical therapy for over 100 years. For centuries, doctors, therapists and moms worldwide have used warmth as a means of increasing blood flow. Hot water bottles and their variations have been used to sooth sore joints and muscles forever. The problem with applied heat (aka the 'frying pan' approach) is that it really works on the skin and doesn't penetrate deep into the underlying tissue where most of the injured tissue really is. A warm bath is a similar concept but it still relies on the hot water to heat your skin, and your skin to heat the fat below the skin, and the fat to heat the muscle tissue, and so on. It works to some extent, but there are much more effective options.

Inferno Wrap and how it works.

Among other things, ultrasound is a moderate blood flow stimulator. And unlike the hot compress approach which really just heats the surface, ultrasound penetrates below the skin to vibrate your inner tissue at the cellular level. More so, ultrasound's vibration technique is more effective as a clearing tool, reducing swelling (edema) and enabling circulation. Ultrasound stimulation is great for 'cleaning' the injured area below the skin, but ultimately you want to get that invaluable healing blood supply flowing through the area. That's what BFST™ is all about.

BFST is all about promoting blood flow deep within your body. You feel it right away. And unlike hot compresses, which are hot on your skin, the surface of your skin really just warms, and so does all the tissue below it, right down to the core. When you use Inferno Wraps to give you BFST™, you feel the stimulation, the warmth, the increased blood flow deep within your injured knee - and that's what you want. Inferno Wrap BFST™ stimulates your entire knee, but don't let the name scare you. An Inferno Wrap is not hot to the touch. Even after 30 minutes of treatment your skin is warm, but not hot. In fact, Inferno Wraps are very comfortable to wear and very soothing to use. Arthritis patients swear by the deep penetrating, soothing effectiveness of our patented Energy Web™.

Inferno Wrap™ -

More Comfortable, Effective and Easier To Use than any Blood Flow Stimulation Alternative

There are dozens of gimmicks and gadgets available that claim to promote blood flow. Most of them are ineffective and poorly designed making them ill-fitting and awkward to use. Inferno Wraps are made of soft, flexible, textured neoprene that conforms to the shape of your knee. The Energy Web™ within the wrap is also flexible and forms around your body to always be comfortable and, more importantly, always points directly into your body, everywhere over the entire joint! With two broad adjustable neoprene bands and velcro closures you always have a snug, comfortable fit. The snug fit is important so that while the device promotes blood flow to the area, the light pressure prevents swelling and pooling of blood. The blood flows through the area and doesn't pool. Inferno Wraps also provide gentle support for your injured knee protecting it and holding it stable so you can relax throughout the treatment.

Inferno Wraps deliver the same kind of pain relief and healing benefits found at the physical therapy office. When used in conjunction with other physical therapy regimens, you can reduce recurring physical therapy costs and decrease time traveling to inconvenient appointments. You can order a system to be sent directly to your home today!
